Rental of the Mansion, Main Floor & Juicy Olive Lounge

Golden Oaks Mansion will provide a list of approved Caterers (All outside caterers must be approved by GOM)

Mansion staff & security

Mansion Main Floor Rental Ranges from $500.00 - $1,500.00.
Rental of All Mansion sleeping rooms are required for 2 nights (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/ Sunday) at current seasons room rates.
Juicy Olive Lounge rates: Host Bar by pour; Cash Bar or Host pre-set limit.
A $1000.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. A contract will follow and must be signed within 14 business days.
