Mansion Main Floor Rental is $250.00 - $1,000.00, an additional $1200.00 wedding fee (must vacate teh property by midnight) cleaning fee $50.00
Rental of the Entire Mansion Main floor and 6 sleeping rooms (excluding bar) for 2 nights (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/ Sunday) $2250.00 - $3000.00 (additional $1200.00 wedding fee) cleaning fee $125.00
Rental of Entire Mansion Main Floor and 6 sleeping rooms (excluding bar) $5,000.00 Cleaning fee $225.00
A $1000.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
A contract will follow and must be signed within 14
business days.
